Madison, MS — Hederman Brothers, founded in 1898 and one of the South’s longest-standing commercial printing, direct mail, and signage companies, proudly announces that Holt Hederman has joined the company, becoming the fifth generation of the Hederman family to enter the business.
Holt follows a legacy that began with his great-great-grandfather, who started the company alongside his brother more than a century ago. Today, the company is led by his father, Doug Hederman, President and CEO.
“Holt represents the next chapter of our family’s commitment to this business, our customers, and our community,” said Doug Hederman. “He brings a strong educational background, valuable real-world experience, and a fresh perspective that will help us continue growing and evolving.”
Holt is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Center for Manufacturing Excellence and earned his MBA from the University of Mississippi. Following graduation, he joined GenTeal Apparel, a premium men’s clothing brand, where he served in multiple roles, including Director of Operations and Strategic Sales.

Holt joins the company during a period of continued growth and investment for Hederman Brothers, including the expansion of its wide-format and fulfillment operations.
In his new role as Client Services & Operations Manager, Holt will rotate through both production management and sales, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operations while contributing to customer relationships and strategic growth.
